Another excellent question. It seems carver choose to arrive earlier and earlier every year. (If they were any earlier, they'd just still be here from teh previous year!!!) With the new extended program, carvers will probably start rolling into town around Feb 15,16,17... and for the general public, the 23rd-26th would be the best days.
