Liz and Rick Boni were recently invited by Andreas and Steffi Martin to attend the Husky Cup in Germany as honoured guests. Rick also judged the event while he was there.
While the Boni's were there, in recognition of all their fantastic work with the Rendezvous, they were given a 'sprocket' on the chainsaw carvers walk of fame.
Roughly translated, the inscription read: since 2000 Rick and Liz Boni have organized the Ridgway Rendezvous. From this event where the worldcup chiansaw carving in Pennsylvania/USA organized. They unified the chainsaw carvers all around the world to one big family. 2010
