Feb 19th

Registration – Appalachian Arts Studio

6 pm Dinner at Di and Andy Buehlers


Saturday, Feb 20

9am - 5 pm Carvers arrive and begin setting up.

All day carving

Carver Registration – inside auction building at grounds

7pm Aiello Café – Pizza and Wings

Sunday, Feb. 21

11 am – 5 pm

Carver registration – inside auction building at grounds

Carvers will be showcasing their talent and many will have carvings for sale. A great time to meet and greet the carvers.

6pm Dinner at Royal – Buffet  $8

Monday through Thursday, Feb 22 through Feb 25

Carver Registration at Appalachian Arts Studio

9 am til noon: Daily seminars and workshops at Appalachian Arts Studio, 17245 Boot Jack Road located one mile south of Ridgway on Route 219. Great opportunity to learn about the art form from some of the finest and most recognized names in the industry.

Carvers will be carving at the Festival Grounds Located at 1 Gillis Avenue. Turn left off main Street at the fourth light

Tuesday 6pm Dinner Evangelical Covenent Church 330 Center St. $8

Wednesday – Dinner at the Fire Hall on North Broad St. Sponsored by Mayor Udarbe

Thursday – Eagles  $8 Open Mic Night Dinner

Friday - .30 Cent wing night at the Summitt

Saturday – Dinner 8pm Aiello’s Café  - Free

Friday, February 26

9am – 5pm Wood Carving at Festival Site

9am – 5pm Ice Carving with Wayne DeMoranville,  Lakeville, MA At Festival Site

Dinner – Free night

Saturday, Feb 27

9 a.m. –
Carvers will be carving throughout the day at the festival site beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Shuttle bus rides to the event site

Noon til done

The Auction – Inside the Warehouse
8pm dinner Aiello’s Café - Free
10 pm – 1am  –The Doug Moreland Band will perform

Sunday, Feb 28

Breakfast at the Royal Inn - 9am - free

*Net proceeds will benefit Appalachian Education, Inc A 501(c) (3) Non-profit dedicated to Hands-On Learning through Art and Environmental programs offered at the Appalachian Arts Studios.
